Whenever we make changes to the lottery terms and conditions or privacy policy, we will reference it here. If the changes are material, we will let you know in writing, giving you at least 28 days notice.
1/11/23 – Lottery Terms and Conditions updated with a non-material change to clause 7.8 detailing that players will be contacted if a cash prize is unable to be paid to their bank account.
25/10/23 – Lottery Terms and Conditions updated with a multiple non-material changes made including adding contact details at the end of the page.
25/10/23 – Lottery Terms and Conditions updated with a multiple non-material changes made including the addition of contact information under the terms and conditions.
31/8/23 – Lottery Terms and Conditions updated with a multiple non-material changes made including:
- Clause 4 – Detailing that new players must be 18 or over.
- Clause 5 – Detailing what happens to Customer Funds held on accounts if the amount remains insufficient to enter the lottery.
21/6/23 – From August 1st 2023, new players must be 18 or over. Players who joined the lottery before this date and were 16 years or over will be able to continue to play.
